2011 second run

I did a run to Black cap some weeks ago but just tentatively, did it in a very careful 48 mins approx

but yesterday I did a faster run, actually quite fast, bearing in mind my ITB probs.

Beautiful sunny day, perfect conditions... 38.49 !! I promise I wont be able to better that this year, no twinges, its cos I now no I need a lot of RnR between runs.
