I haven't run for so long cos I tend to :
1, over train
2, get injured (ITB)
3, give up.
This time I`m going to strive to run but run less, I just love running but my 46 year old body is not so keen, so there it is I`m off and running, pardon the pun.
ate loads of carbs post run PLUS sirloin steak.
